Core Elements Train the Trainer
Get certified as a Latino leadersip practionter by learning how to incorporate all LIDERAMOS core elements for an impactful, culturally relevant experience. These elements can be integrated across multiple training modules for reinforcement. A three-part training series introduces the model, its core elements, culturally-driven leadership, and community-centered program design.
