LIDERAMOS Latino Leadership Fellowship
In partnership with the Center for Creative Leadership
Developing Latine Leaders Who Transform Communities and Strengthen Leadership Across Generations
Empowering Latino Future Leaders
The LIDERAMOS National Leadership Fellowship is an eight-month transformational experience that redefines what leadership looks like for Latine leaders. Grounded in the LIDERAMOS Five Core Elements Framework and enriched through our partnership with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), the Fellowship recognizes that our greatest leadership strengths are often rooted in our culture, our lived experiences, and the journeys that have shaped us.
Many Latine leaders have developed extraordinary skills through navigating change, building community, overcoming barriers, bridging cultures, speaking multiple languages, caring for family, and advocating for others. At LIDERAMOS, we honor these experiences—not as obstacles to overcome, but as leadership strengths to embrace. Together, we transform survival skills into leadership superpowers that inspire, influence, and create lasting change.
Through personal reflection, executive leadership development, executive coaching, experiential learning, and a vibrant community of peers, Fellows strengthen their ability to lead with authenticity, confidence, and purpose while creating meaningful impact in their organizations and communities.
Ground Yourself
Every leadership journey begins with understanding who you are.
Fellows explore their leadership story, cultural identity, values, strengths, language, traditions, and lived experiences, recognizing that these are powerful assets that shape authentic leadership. By embracing who they are and where they come from, Fellows build the confidence to lead with purpose while honoring the communities that shaped them.
Strengthen Your Leadership
Leadership grows through learning, reflection, and practice.
Through executive leadership development with the Center for Creative Leadership, executive coaching, peer learning circles, and immersive experiences, Fellows strengthen their emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, communication, and ability to lead through complexity and change. Along the way, they learn to transform resilience into influence, lived experience into wisdom, and purpose into action.
Strengthen Your Community
Leadership is measured by the impact we create together.
Fellows apply their learning to strengthen organizations, foster collaboration, develop future leaders, and build stronger communities. As graduates, they become lifelong members of the LIDERAMOS National Leadership Network—a national community of leaders committed to mentoring others, expanding opportunities, and creating lasting change for Latine communities across the country.
A Journey That Continues
Graduation is not the end of the Fellowship—it is the beginning of a lifelong commitment to learning, service, and leadership. As alumni, Fellows remain connected through the LIDERAMOS National Leadership Network, where they continue to grow, collaborate, celebrate one another, and strengthen a national ecosystem of Latine leadership for generations to come.

It was a once in a lifetime experience and really appreciated being part of the program at such an early stage in my career, the experience and teachings have set me up for future success and I am forever grateful.
