Registration & Fees

How do I register and pay?

Registration is available online through our symposium registration portal. Participants may pay by credit card at the time of registration. If you require an invoice or group registration assistance, please contact our team at info@lideramos.org. 

Is there a group rate?

Yes, if you are interested in group registration, please contact our team at info@lideramos.org

Is there an on-site registration option?

On-site registration may be available if space permits. However, we strongly encourage participants to register in advance, as the symposium often reaches capacity and on-site pricing may be higher.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellations received on or before September 15, 2026, are eligible for a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received between September 16 and October 7, 2026, are eligible for a 50% refund, minus the administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after October 7, 2026; however, registrations may be transferred to another participant with advance notice.

What do the different ticketing prices mean?

We offer multiple registration categories to make the symposium accessible to a diverse audience:

  • General Admission – For professionals, business leaders, consultants, and community members.
  • Nonprofit, Education & Government – Discounted rate for employees of nonprofit organizations, schools, colleges, universities, and government agencies.

LIDERAMOS Alumni & Affiliate Members – Special pricing for graduates of LIDERAMOS programs and members of participating affiliate leadership organizations.

What is not included in the registration fee?

The registration fee does not include hotel accommodations, airfare, airport transportation, parking fees, or personal expenses incurred during your stay. Attendees are responsible for arranging their own travel and covering these expenses. A discounted hotel rate is available through the LIDERAMOS room block at The Antlers Hotel. 

Logistics & Programming

Where is the symposium taking place?

The 8th Annual LIDERAMOS National Leadership Symposium will be held at The Antlers Hotel in downtown Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Where can I find the symposium schedule?

A preliminary agenda will be posted on the symposium website approximately 30 days before the event. Registered participants will receive the final schedule and event updates via email.

Will sessions be recorded?

No. The LIDERAMOS National Leadership Symposium is designed as an interactive, relationship-centered experience. To foster meaningful dialogue, trust, and authentic engagement among participants, sessions will not be recorded. We encourage attendees to take advantage of the opportunity to learn, connect, and participate in real time.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available throughout the conference venue for all registered participants.

Are meals provided?

Yes. Registration includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner during designated symposium activities, as well as refreshments throughout the event. Attendees will also be invited to participate in the Goza La Vida Dinner Celebration, a special evening dedicated to celebrating leadership, community, culture, and connection. Additional details regarding meals and special events will be included in the final agenda shared with registered participants.

How do I submit dietary restrictions?

Participants will have the opportunity to indicate dietary restrictions and food allergies during registration. If your needs change after registration, please contact us no later than October 7, 2026.

 

At the Event

What parking arrangements are available at the venue?

Parking is available at The Antlers Hotel and in nearby downtown parking garages. Additional parking details, rates, and directions will be provided to registered participants prior to the event.

Where do I go to check in?

The registration and check-in desk will be located in the main conference area of The Antlers Hotel. Check-in opens on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, and attendees will receive their symposium badge, materials, and event information upon arrival.

Where can I find the agenda?

The agenda will be available on the symposium website and in printed materials provided during check-in. Any schedule updates will be communicated throughout the event.

Travel & Accommodations

Is there a discounted hotel rate for symposium attendees?

Yes. LIDERAMOS has secured a discounted room block at The Antlers Hotel for symposium attendees. We encourage participants to book early, as discounted rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may sell out before the reservation deadline. Hotel booking information will be provided upon registration and on the symposium website.

What airport should I fly into?

The closest airport is Colorado Springs Airport (COS), located approximately 15 minutes from the symposium venue. Participants may also choose to fly into Denver International Airport (DEN), which is approximately 90 minutes from downtown Colorado Springs.

How do I get from the airport to the hotel?

Participants may use rideshare services, taxis, rental cars, or airport shuttle options. Additional transportation recommendations and resources will be provided to registered attendees before the event.

 

What local attractions and activities are nearby?

Colorado Springs offers a variety of attractions for visitors, including:

  • Garden of the Gods
  • Pikes Peak
  • U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Museum
  • Manitou Springs
  • Seven Falls
  • Downtown Colorado Springs shopping and entertainment district

A curated list of local attractions, cultural sites, and recommendations will be shared with attendees prior to the symposium.

Are there restaurants within walking distance of the venue?

Yes. The Antlers Hotel is located in the heart of downtown Colorado Springs and is within walking distance of numerous restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, and local businesses. We will provide a list of recommended restaurants and local favorites for attendees.

Will there be opportunities to explore Colorado Springs?

Yes. The symposium schedule includes networking opportunities and free time that allows participants to connect with one another and experience the local community. We encourage attendees to take advantage of all that Colorado Springs has to offer.

Do you offer travel scholarships or financial assistance?

LIDERAMOS does not currently offer travel scholarships. However, we understand that travel costs can be a barrier for some participants. We encourage individuals to contact us directly, and we will do our best to connect them with potential resources, sponsorship opportunities, or community partners that may be able to assist.
