Empowering Latino Future Leaders
The LIDERAMOS 2026 Latino Leader Fellowship experience is for leaders who are ready to deepen their leadership practice, expand their impact, and grow in community with peers across the country. Through our partnership with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), fellows participate in the acclaimed Leadership Development Program (LDP®)—a 5-day immersive, research-backed experience designed for mid-level leaders navigating complexity, responsibility, and change.
