2026 Latino Leader Fellowship Info Session
The LIDERAMOS 2026 Latino Leaders Fellowship is designed for mid-level Latino/a/x leaders ready to deepen their leadership practice, expand their impact, and grow alongside peers nationwide. Through our partnership with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), fellows participate in the acclaimed 5-day Leadership Development Program (LDP®), featuring personalized assessments, peer feedback, and one-on-one coaching to strengthen resiliency, inclusive leadership, and team performance. Beyond the training, fellows apply their learning within their organizations and communities while building lasting connections through mentorship, peer exchange, and national networking—culminating in participation at the LIDERAMOS National Symposium.
Join us for a brief information session where you’ll learn more about the LIDERAMOS Latino Leaders Fellowship and our partnership with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL). We’ll share what fellows experience, who this opportunity is designed for, how the fellowship supports your leadership and community impact, and how to apply for this transformational program.

Healing Our Leadership: Reclaiming Our Wisdom & Ancestral Medicine
In a time of social unrest and dysregulation for many, our mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health as leaders may be longing for reprieve. We struggle to feel whole and grounded amid our charged environments and holding so much for others. This will be a communal space for Latine leaders to intentionally pause, to come back to our deepest essence and ancestral wisdom. This virtual session will expand our traditional understanding of wellness, inviting us deeper into our innate wisdom and that of generations before us. This session will support leaders toward a healing orientation to unleash their power and liberate their leadership.
Participants will:
-
Tap into deeper awareness and wisdom of wellness needs and healing practices
-
Learn about healing and ancestral practices that will support a more free and trusting stance in leadership
-
Connect to a powerful collective of leaders on their own healing journeys.
-
BONUS offering: participants will have access to a FREE coaching session with Elena post workshop to further integrate reflections and commitments!
Tickets for this interactive virtual leadership development experience are available on a sliding scale from $25-75. If cost is a barrier to you and you are interested in participating, please contact us at info@lideramos.org to discuss scholarship options.
