It was so very inspiring being in a place where other Latinos shared the same vision/mission. You could feel the energy and it is so very contagious. The networking was unbelievable. It’s been the best thus far. What a spectacular set up all the way around. Job well done!!!!

LIDERAMOS – The National Latino Leadership Alliance proudly announces its highly anticipated 7th Annual Annual National Symposium, set to take place in the vibrant city of Baltimore, Maryland, this October. Under the theme, “Stronger Together: Multicultural Leadership is the Future,” the symposium will serve as a pivotal platform for Black and Latino leaders to unite, reflect, and strategize for enhanced community impact. In a significant partnership, LIDERAMOS is collaborating with NHS of Baltimore to bring this innovative and impactful program to life.
The 2025 symposium will focus on exploring the shared foundations that have facilitated positive change and identifying critical areas for leadership development. This event will foster a dynamic dialogue aimed at strengthening the partnership between Black and Latino communities, recognizing that collaborative multicultural leadership is essential for a thriving future.
